Many people with learning disabilities can’t use their bus passes before 9am, meaning they’re blocked from getting to work, college, day centres or appointments on time. Our members say this isn’t fair. We’re calling on Oxfordshire County Council to change the rule. 👉 c.org/DpxRfYGD66
