Rin and Yukio sitting on the ground against a halftone background with a low perspective. Rin has his eyes closed, smiling with his tongue sticking out, and he wears a red flannel, blue jeans, and red and white sneakers. Yukio sits next to him looking at the camera uncertainly, and he wears a beige cardigan with gray-brown sweatpants. Around them and the background are halftone stars and other effects.

night&day #aoex

A digital illustration of two versions of Rin from Blue Exorcist -- one being his dark-haired form, the other his light-haired form with flames. The dark-haired Rin is on the left, staring in that direction, with his plain white dress shirt and hair billowing in the wind. His hair is overlayed with a photo of a dark blue night sky. The light-haired Rin is behind him and to the right, looking to the right and smiling. He is in the exorcist patrol uniform. His hair is overlayed with a photo of a pale white-gray-blue, cloudy sky. Behind both of them is a fuzzy background of trees and a sky fading to night.

A digital drawing of Rin and Kuro from Blue Exorcist. Rin holds Kuro up close to his face, to where their noses touch. Rin is crying, with tears streaming down his face and his lips wobbling. Kuro has his eyes closed with a comforting smile. Between the two of them is text which reads, "you'll stay with me forever, right?"

A digital illustration of Rin and Yukio from Blue Exorcist. They are walking outside against a background with a rail, a couple of trees, and a cloudy blue sky. Rin holds his hand up to shield his eyes from the sunlight as he looks upwards with a smile. Yukio, next to him, looks off with an unimpressed frown. At the top right corner of the drawing is dialogue which reads: "let's take the long way to class today." "why? i don't want to run late, and i don't want you to run late either." "relax, will ya? it's nice out. let's enjoy it."

A digital sketch of Rin, Yukio, and Kuro from Blue Exorcist. The three of them are eating at the dinner table, with Rin and Yukio at opposite ends and Kuro on the side in between them. Yukio stares at Rin with wide, distressed eyes and a slight frown, with the upper half of his face being shaded. Rin looks at him, visibly irritated, with a speech bubble containing a cropped screenshot from a meme which says "Eat Yo Food Bitch Damn! Fuck You Lookin Crazy For!" Kuro stares up at Yukio in mild alarm.

A digital illustration of Noriko Paku from Blue Exorcist. On the right side of the drawing is Paku in the present time, dressed in her school uniform. She is walking, holding a bag at her side, reaching up to hold one of the shoulder straps, and she looks off in wonder. Behind her and to her left is a faded appearance of the older Paku that we saw in the "bad future." She reaches up to pull her mask down slightly, and she looks off fearfully.

A digital illustration of Dharini, the poster's original character, cropped to show her from the chest upwards. She is a young Indian woman with brown skin and long, curly black hair styled in a ponytail with bangs. She wears a white t-shirt with a red over-shirt. She smiles warmly at the viewer.

A digital illustration of Shiemi Moriyama and Izumo Kamiki from Blue Exorcist. They both sit on the ground against a blank gray background. Izumo leans forward, leaning her weight on her arms in front of her, looking angrily at Shiemi. She says, "are you crazy?! you seriously came back for me?! you could have gotten killed!!" Shiemi leans slightly forward as well, arms resting on her legs. She is visibly covered in wounds and blood, but she looks at Izumo with a smile. Shiemi says, "well, i would do anything to save you, ms. kamiki."

A digital sketch of Rin and Yukio Okumura from Blue Exorcist. Rin sits at his dorm room desk, and Yukio approaches. Yukio, visibly irritated, says, "you failed two tests this week?! how the hell do you plan to get through school at this rate?!" Rin, unimpressed, looks at him and replies, "well, if you think about it, two is actually a very small number in the real world. so i'll be fine!"

A screenshot of an Instagram story. A submitted question at the top reads, "failed two exams this week should i drop out". At the bottom the original poster responds, "TWO is nothing . one of the smallest numbers you'll be fine". In the background is a photo of a sandwich being held in someone's hand.

A drawing of Atsuya from the original Inazuma Eleven. He is shown from the waist-up. He wears his Hakuren soccer uniform and scarf. He also has wolf-like ears in the same color as his hair on top of his head. He looks towards the viewer with a slight but almost calm frown. He is against a plain dark beige-ish background.

A digital drawing of Rin and Yukio from Blue Exorcist. It is a redraw of a screenshot from the Blue Exorcist Illuminati stageplay from 2017, which is shown in the upper left corner. The screenshot and the drawing show Rin and Yukio from mid-torso up, with Rin having his arm around Yukio's shoulders. They both look off to the side curiously, as if listening to someone speak.

A digital drawing of Rin and Yukio from Blue Exorcist. It takes place pre-canon, evident by Rin having rounded ears. Rin sits on a wooden chair, wearing a plaid shirt over a white t-shirt along with black sweat pants with one of the legs rolled up above the knee, revealing a small injury. Yukio, wearing a beige cardigan over a white t-shirt, kneels in front of Rin, about to place a bandage over the injury on his leg. Both brothers are smiling. Behind them is a plain background with sunlight shining harshly through the window. In front of the window is text that says, "we'll take care of each other."

emma @mycatangel.bsky.social · 17/07/2026

A digital, monochrome drawing of Shiemi, Izumo, Rin, and Yukio from Blue Exorcist. Shiemi is at the front and center of the drawing, standing uncertainly with a fearful expression. Behind her is an image of Izumo, who is turned and walking away from her, expression irritated and flustered. Behind them is an image of Rin, who is turned to start to look towards Shiemi, his expression uncertain and worried. Behind Rin is Yukio, who is turned further away but looks back towards Shiemi, expression unreadable. Shiemi is colored white, while Izumo, Rin, and Yukio are colored in gradually darker shades of gray and fade out towards the bottom of the image. The background is dark gray. At the bottom of the image near Shiemi is lyrics from the song "Smaller" by Ashbury Heights. The text reads, "you've discoverd something new; and it seems i can't compete; i stand my ground, but it's effete; and it seems i'm getting smaller; every day i feel minute; or is it you who's growing taller; and the world just follows suit?"

A digital drawing of Yukio Okumura and Yuri Egin, taking place during the Of One Cloth arc. They are seen from the torso-up. Yukio stands with his head slightly tilted to the side, smiling gently and slightly awkwardly, but genuinely. A faded image of Yuri is right next to him, and she has her hands placed gently over Yukio's shoulders. She smiles as well, looking similar to Yukio's.

A Blue Exorcist redraw of the SpongeBob "Squidward you crazy bitch!!!!!!" meme. This features Rin Okumura running to the left side of the frame, unsheathed sword in his hands above his head, and he shouts "Yukio you crazy bitch!!!!!!" There is blood flowing from gunshot wounds on his forehead, throat, and chest. He is wearing the Pacman hoodie and gray sweatpants that he is seen wearing in the Beyond the Snow arc.

A digital black and gray illustration of Rin Okumura from Blue Exorcist. He is seen from the shoulders up, with his body facing away from the viewer and his head turned to look at the viewer. His expression appears neutral with a slight frown. He has one of his hands lifted upward to be visibly clenched in a fist. To the left of him is text that reads: "I'm sorry for being kind. I'm sorry that it ended up being for nothing. I won't be kind again."

A digital illustration of Rin Okumura from Blue Exorcist. He wears his exorcist patrol uniform, which is visibly severely tattered. He kneels on the ground, head and gaze tilted downwards in front of him. He reaches his arms around his head, hands held near each other, between which a ball of blue fire is forming. Blood is streaked down his forehead and across his face.

A digital illustration of Rin and Yukio Okumura from Blue Exorcist. The two brothers stand on the left, with Rin wrapping his arm over Yukio's shoulder and making a peace sign with his other hand, winking and smiling at the viewer; Yukio reaches his hand up to Rin's arm that's around his shoulder and smiles. Both brothers wear unzipped, hooded jackets (with Rin's being orange and Yukio's being blue) layered over a typical dress shirt and pants, with Rin also wearing a cyan tie and Yukio wearing a red tie. Around the perimeter of the drawing are a few chibis of Rin and Yukio showing different stages of their development; the first is of the twins as young children, with Rin running happily and freely while Yukio tries to catch up and shows uncertainty. The second is of Rin and Yukio in their True Cross uniforms. Rin stands awkwardly with a hand behind his head and his other hand in his pants pocket, looking annoyed. Yukio stands next to him with his arms crossed and his expression unreadable. The third is of Rin and Yukio's battle in the beginning of the Of One Cloth arc, with Rin crying out in frustration and grabbing at Yukio's hair while Yukio points a gun at Rin's chest, looking mildly annoyed. The fourth and last is of Rin and Yukio a little later in the Of One Cloth arc, wearing their beige exorcist uniforms. They face each other, each extending a hand to clasp the other's, enveloped gently in Rin's blue flames. They both smile determinedly. Behind the characters is text which says "HAPPY BIRTHDAY RIN & YUKIO"

#aoex (blood tw)

A digital illustration of Rin and Yukio Okumura from Blue Exorcist. It loosely portrays a scene from the manga in which Rin's arm gets blown off in a blast from Yukio's parasitized eye, and therefore Rin is shown with his patrol uniform and light hair and Yukio is shown in his visiting researcher uniform.

Rin stands at the left of the drawing, visible from the knees upward. His left arm is visibly gone, left with only the upper part of his sleeve and blood gushing out in almost swirly shapes. Rin's head is leaned away but he stares at his arm in visible shock, his eyes and mouth wide open. His right arm reaches across his chest with his hand hovering towards the injury. His outer coat is gone from mid-torso down and is severely torn at the ends. There is also blood splattered on his face from various injuries.

Yukio is shown behind and to the right of Rin, only visible from the shoulders up. He stares intensely but vaguely off, eyebrows furrowed deeply. His mouth is open as if panting in exhaustion. His right hand comes up to cover his left eye, with bits of blue flame sneaking through between his fingers. His left hand reaches upwards to his right wrist in an uncertain gesture. Blood pours from his nose, mouth, and a cut on his cheek, and covers the palm of the hand held over his eye.

Behind Rin and Yukio is a black and white background with various foggy effects as well as sharp action lines sampled from an official manga panel.

A flat-colored drawing of Prowl from Transformers Animated, showing his whole body aside from his lower legs. He wears Yoketron's helmet. He stands with his head slightly leaned back and tilted away from the viewer. His arms and hands hang loose at his sides.

A simple, flat color drawing of Hot Shot (also known as Hot Rod) and Sideswipe (also known as Stepper) from Transformers Armada. Sideswipe is behind Hot Shot, looking nervous with one hand on his head and the other vaguely gesturing to the side. Sideswipe says "all right, I gotta ask, bro... why do you keep dating such scary and evil guys?" Next to Sideswipe, also, is a thought bubble which shows the heads of Wheeljack (also known as Rampage) and Starscream, both of whom look mildly angry. Hot Shot looks somewhere off to the side and responds "let's not talk about it..."
