or are PCA and Jazz not as intuitive as the others? Probably. But how much it matters is a very good question. That said, I think Will is 100% correct – there’s a coaching failure on the Yankees with regards to the original videos with Jazz.

Are we making too big of a deal about a few individual plays when over the course of 162 we know Jazz will turn many more GBs into outs than most 2B? I don’t know. Did Judge (and Kike and Volpe in the videos) get better coaching than PCA and Jazz somewhere along the line, (cont)

Now we all know PCA is a FAR better OF than Judge because for every hundred FBs hit he’ll turn many more into outs, regardless of small technical skills. With regards to Jazz, I’m wondering if it’s the same situation. (cont)

Interesting short thread here from Will. My thoughts (bear with me) There was a game in ’24, NYY was in Wrigley, BRUTAL sun issues for the CFs. Judge, playing CF, purposely allowed a fly ball to go over his head so the ball traveled out of the sun’s line and made the catch over the shoulder. (cont)
