52 Days Cabana Bay in fall was a very long tradition for us. I miss it, but trading the heat for cooler winter weather, and branching out to see other hotels has been pretty fun. 53 Days Love this pic. ET has no child swap area, so when mom rode, we just hung out in the front. It was kiddo's first time at the park, and he stood at the entrance and watched mom walk into the forest. Hes an ET pro now, as hes (slowly) able to ride more and more. October 7, 2022

Set my office up differently so I could move the record player in and listen to music while working, and this has been the best background music ever. Nostalgic, relaxing and even a bit uplifting during the day. Cant recommend the Sims 25th album enough honestly.

Hoped at one point to get to Universal tomorrow-Sunday, but it just didnt pan out. I started tracking prices in June though, just incase. As usual, stuff dropped like crazy 1 week out. If you can afford to wait, or dont care where you stay, deals aplenty. 0's are when the hotel was unavailable.

Danny Elfman was great last night. Fun show and his new stuff is REALLY good. Dead Man's Party is an all time great. Also seeing 2 dudes from NIN that close was incredible. Hope Danny tours with this crew more. The use of AI in his visuals though was a huge bummer and I hope he stops that.

We figured (because they TOLD US!) we'd have one more shot to ride it and have a trip booked for December. But on our last day, before going to the airport, he asked for one last ride on it. We said yes and ran to the park and got on last one in. I wanted to commemorate it and got a cooling towel

So it became a trip staple. We rode it in December 2025 a total of 4 times. We went back this June where I told him it was closing soon and we did it every day of the trip. Every morning when Id ask what he wanted to ride - since now he was 40" and could do so much - he always said F&F.

...it happened. We rode it twice that day, with a long car dance party break in the middle. That kid POPPED OFF. He was just in awe of everything. To this day I have never seen him explode with energy more than when the music kicked in at the end of that first ride. He just shot out of his seat.

I remember this night VIVIDLY where my wife went on Mummy because we just couldnt stand in that exit area anymore and I was there with him, because he would not stop dancing and looking at the cars. I am very thankful the pole dancing phase was quick. (Thanks Vin for covering his face)

We stayed in that area for what felt like FOREVER. He just couldnt get enough. He could barely talk but just kept yelling CAR and dancing to the music. He kept taking all the way overpriced Jada die cast models off the gift shop shelves and saying "keep?" We finally caved and got him a truck.

We skipped Uni in 2020 because we were expecting the kiddo, and in 2021 due to covid (and the arrival of the kiddo). First picture I have of Supercharged is in 2022, when we took kiddo for the first time. He was almost 2 years old. When we walked by the exit, he ran to the cars, he was obsessed.

We set up a pool and it made us realize how uneven our yard was. Wanting to show my family how resourceful i am, I said its dragon the pool and level the ground. 4 days of work, 3 hours a day minimum. I am exhausted. I have so many blisters. I have so much dirt. I finally said seems close enough

Day 4, I am so tired, why is it never level. I hate this, I give up.

Went on a bit of a losing streak and shook up my Tokon team. 5-1 with this bunch, but Goblin does 80% of the work. Gotta learn how to swap better when my BS gets figured out. Danger is still my fave but I rarely use her, and I gotta get better with Star Lord. I love this game.

Current Tokon team. Since this Ive put Danger as the lead. Magneto is the weak link. That 4th slot needs to be filled with a glass cannon, since you earn them so late typically. Tried Green Goblin and Blade but couldn't get much going. Maybe Loki on release. Star Lord was alright there...

It is apparently the last day of Thunder Falls Terrace. Had a phenomenal meal when I made a reservation then a huge storm hit. This family from Scotland snuck in and I let them fake they were with me, so we all sat together. They were a delight and the food was great. Pernil bowl forever.
