Feels surreal. Spent so long feeling like I didn't have what it took to go back to school, pursue my dream job. Figured a life of manual labor was all I was good for. Then I got hurt, and then fired. Said 'fuck it', studied my ass off, and applied anyway. And then, seven months later, I got in.

GOOD NEWS! Researchers have shown Alzheimer’s disease can be REVERSED- not just prevented. Using a potent neuroprotective compound called P7C3-A20, they found RESTORING balance to a central cellular energy molecule (NAD+) not only PREVENTED disease features but REVERSED them, EVEN at late stages.

Finally caved and gave S2 of Hazbin Hotel a shot. Thank you, SpindleHorse, for unearthing a 30-year-old memory.

A screenshot from an episode of the adult animated show "Hazbin Hotel". The picture is a closeup of one frame from the show that depicts multicolored strips of confetti falling through the air. The confetti has been drawn in such a way that the curves and curls in the individual pieces can be read as English letters, and appear to spell out the word 'SEX'. This is similar to a rumored plant of the word in the 1994 Disney movie The Lion King, where the word 'SEX' is allegedly created in a specific frame by a cloud of dust that floats into the sky.

#TTRPG Game Masters, I have a question for you! How many layers of motivation do you like to give your antagonists? Do you like them complex and nuanced, or is 'Evil Feels Good' enough for you? Do you think there's such a thing as 'too much' motivation? I'd love to hear your opinions!

A screenshot of a Bluesky post notification. The post is a reply from Mae, who calls the original poster, PaperWatt, "my sibling in Cthulhu" in a gender-neutral, non-Christian perversion of the more common saying, "My brother in Christ".

In addition to PaperWatt liking the post, it also received a like from a user named 'Cthulhu, Priest of the Great Old Ones'. Mae is now suitably terrified.

Just takin' a sec to shout out everyone's favorite scary squiddy. #D&D is great and all, but for those who want something a little spookier, a little pulpier, and a little more story-oriented, may I suggest my favorite #TTRPG, #CallOfCthulhu ? :3

A wide shot of a man standing alone on a rocky shore, holding a lantern. He's very small in the frame, utterly dwarfed by the horrifying majesty of the gigantic, vaguely humanoid monster rising from the ocean depths to stare him down.

Its skin is slick and swathes of water roll off it, its eyes blood-red and glowing malevolently. The lower half of the monster's head is a mass of writhing tentacles, each large enough to easily snatch the man up like an adult grabbing an action figure. This lone human has come face to face with the most iconic monster in H.P. Lovecraft's Cthulhu Mythos; the Great Old One himself, Cthulhu.

#VGenComm for @mxmaenadi.bsky.social ! Scenery without a character, in MY Gezel art? gasp The reflective surface of the water is so so fun to draw aaaaaa Thank you so much for supporting me! 🦊 #PixelArt

Pixel illustration for @mxmaenadi.bsky.social

It's a slightly elevated shot from afar of a big wisteria tree resting atop the edge of a cliff that overlooks the ocean. Its bark is glowing white, and its leaves are various shades of violet and purple, and also glow slightly. Dropped leaves are scattered at the base of the tree, and some can be seen drifting in the wind. The roots break through the cliff and can be seen from below it as well.

The rocky cliffs upper surface gives life to dull green grass, and there is a stone path leading to a stone portal with a small ceremonial platform and a broken pillar to the side leading up to the tree.

The ocean is relatively active, and crashing waves can be seen at the base of the cliff. The horizon is foggy and the vague shapes of distant islands can be seen, as well as clouds and a bright, full moon.

The tiny silhouettes of two people are seen sitting beneath the tree, right at the very edge of the cliff, with one of them holding a lantern.
