A dump truck from 1996, slightly bigger, the truck bed effectively is 4 pieces now, bigger wheels, closed cabin.

A dump truck model from 2009, employing some technic pieces, some SNOT techniques on the cabin and overall more detail.

Die weite dieser Landschaft ist wirklich schwer zu beschreiben. So viel Abwechslung, auch wenn es über weite Teile eigentlich nur Felsen, Sumpf und Heide sind. Dazwischen ein paar Schafe und Hütten um das ganze aufzulockern #drehumdastrekking #wandern

Reimannhaus sits at the edge of the limestone plateau Steinernes Meer. It now features a few kilometers of freshly marked hiking paths around the hut. It was a nice weekend of volunteer work up there! #mountainmonday #steinernesmeer #dav #alpenverein

Mal etwas positives zum #dbnavigator - die neuen Hinweise bei Fahrplanänderungen sind *viel* besser als bislang. #DB_Bahn

Der DB Navigator weißt jetzt nicht mehr nur mit "Verbindung nicht mehr fahrbar" auf Haltentfälle hin, sondern weißt auf (semi) nahe gelegene Alternativhalte hin:
"Der Starthalt X entfällt. Zustieg in Y möglich"
Gerade für die betrieblich getrennten Bahnhöfe München Hbf + Flügelbahnhöfe, Berlin Hoch und Tief, FFM Flughafen Fernbahnhof/Regionalbahnhof und Köln Messe Deutz mit den Querbahngleisen könnte das ein echter Gamechanger sein.

View up the still snow covered Höllental glacier. Its hard to judge from the uphill shot, but the ice has gotten a lot steeper in the last few years.

View down a pretty steep rock wall towards the entry point into the second ferrata from the glacier.
The gap between ice and rock is already forming

Looking back across the Jubiläumgrat, one of Germany's most famous ridges. Only very little snow is visible, so the season for this tour should start very shortly.
