Max Jackson @mxjxn.art · 30/09/2026Day 65, one step closer to making trapper keepers for a living #blender3d 032
Max Jackson @mxjxn.art · 27/09/2026Daily render day 62 wherein I finally learn motion tracking. Pretty proud of this 010
Max Jackson @mxjxn.art · 25/09/2026Getting close to my goal of melting your brain without any drugs 010
Max Jackson @mxjxn.art · 23/09/2026A bike shop customer had an amazon replacement tire shipped to our shop so we could put it on his bike. This is what arrived 000
Max Jackson @mxjxn.art · 23/09/2026Day 58 of daily renders. I need a new go-to format for super fast dailies before I beat the fly-throughs to death 020
Max Jackson @mxjxn.art · 22/09/2026I ride 100 lb bike daily year-round to keep me in shape for my 200 lb trike 010
Max Jackson @mxjxn.art · 22/09/2026I really chose the least cool things to be really early to, in retrospect. Crypto since 2013 and AI since 2021. An AI artwork I made in 2021, using a model trained entirely on my own art 000
Max Jackson @mxjxn.art · 21/09/2026Back at it, wrenching on bikes so I can afford to be a starving artist! 030
Max Jackson @mxjxn.art · 21/09/2026Not sure where you're referring to but it takes a certain kind of person, it seems! I freaking love it but most people think I'm crazy. Practically prefer the winter to the summer -- at least I'm not arriving to work sweaty on a hot day 110
Max Jackson @mxjxn.art · 20/09/2026People definitely bike in the winter. It's definitely an infrastructure problem. Here is a photo I took when halfway across the Mass Ave bridge, the bike lane suddenly ended in a giant pile of snow forcing me into traffic. @wutrain.bsky.social do better this year. 3268
Max Jackson @mxjxn.art · 19/09/2026Although I did produce some art, a big 3-ft abstract calligraphy piece during the residency, my main purpose there was to build an auction house app and play auctioneer during a live event! I said all the right things, and everybody's art sold. Incredible experience 000
Max Jackson @mxjxn.art · 19/09/2026Hot selfie from a trip to Rome I took this year, during an artist residency I was in 130
Max Jackson @mxjxn.art · 19/09/2026Daily render, day 55. Today is a big travel day so I was able to whip this thing up in less than 10 minutes including render time! 020
Max Jackson @mxjxn.art · 19/09/2026I do wish Bluesky was good for community other than political discussions. I don't see much of that though. I'm glad to have a place for discussion but can we have fun too please 110
Max Jackson @mxjxn.art · 05/09/2026One of my artworks on display at the Canal Street Show on Thursday night 010
Max Jackson @mxjxn.art · 26/08/2026Day 31 Today was a quickie - major travel day today. I learned at least a little about the blender compositor - plugged a radial wave texture into the hue of an HSV node for the left one One month down, three to go in my personal roadmap. The remaining curriculum is HEAVY 000
Max Jackson @mxjxn.art · 24/08/2026Gonna start posting my daily renders here, just to see if I can find 3d community. I'm mostly active on Farcaster and (begrudgingly) on twitter, where I'd already had larger followings. Those of you learning #blender3d might recognize this as the outcome of a Ducky 3D tutorial. From a few days ago: 240
Max Jackson @mxjxn.art · 24/08/2026Hahaha I'm going to be honest.... While I'm doing daily renders now I first started doing them in 2020 before taking a bit of a break from regular practice.... And today happens to be the first time I ever touched depth of field, while learning fluid Sim 110
Max Jackson @mxjxn.art · 24/08/2026Day 28 of my daily render streak. Pure geometry nodes here. #blender3d 061
Max Jackson @mxjxn.art · 02/07/2026Still not sure how to get any engagement on this platform, so here's a picture of me with my cat in my hood when we first found her 130
Max Jackson @mxjxn.art · 11/06/2026Works from... 2021 / 2022 / 2023 / 2024 ... Made in Glitchlab. Third one started as calligraphy on paper in my usual mandala style 100
Max Jackson @mxjxn.art · 18/05/2026I've been doing cool work with a bot of mine over on farcaster. I can tag it and send it this glitch syntax in a post with an image. 000
Max Jackson @mxjxn.art · 20/09/2025I deleted Instagram off my phone. It was not adding anything positive to my life. Constant anxiety over the latest news was keeping me awake at night. Anyway, here's an artwork I made last week. It started by filling a page with abstract calligraphy, photographing it and digital manipulation. 020
Max Jackson @mxjxn.art · 19/07/2025Pedicabbing Boston's Open Streets in Roxbury was such a great time. I thrive on giving free rides. A sure way to make someone's day! This was one week ago. Going out again tonight and bringing the camera 📽️ 020
Max Jackson @mxjxn.art · 26/03/2025It honestly breaks my heart that Miyazaki lived long enough to see ChatGPT turn his life's work into an image generator. 132
