It’s a choice. People should obviously, but you can’t make them anymore than they can make you eat a venison burger. Human resistance to not doing the destructive is insidious. Being non vegan is like being a carton a weak smoker, it’s addictive easy and pleasant they think. They need to want to.

Well i do like plain tofu but in my case I’m usually trying to make it be something it isn’t… like scrambled eggs. If I don’t press out the water it won’t pick up enough of the black salt to make it seem as if it was eggs. I usually do just use it as a carrier like the way cashews mimic cream.
