iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

I think I'm AuDHD. I was tested for ADHD and autism and was diagnosed with ADHD but scored just under the threshold of autism on a written test. But now that I have been treated for ADHD and have seen a lot of improvement, I feel like autism symptoms are more apparent.

I drew Astarion from reference in clip studio with minimal 'cheating' (no tracing, color sampling, measuring, grids, etc) for practice. I'm happy with it!

A realistic drawing of Astarion, portrait style, with dramatic lighting.

I went a little crazy with the background.

A male, hybrid kitsune with three tails sitting and smoking a Japanese pipe in front of a psychedelic background.

After playing Veilguard for 50+ hours, I will admit that the writing gets a lot better, the quality is just uneven. Solas' dialogue in particular is great. The game play is more fun than Inquisition. The art direction is mid. The romance is barebones, don't expect much. Over-all a lot of fun to play

Man, Dragonage Veilguard is such a disappointment. The game play is fine, and the character creator is good, but the writing is awful and the art direction is strange for the franchise. Why does everyone have a huge head? Can't I see a tiddy and some gore every once in awhile? Damn.

An easy tip to give realism to your colouring is thinking about oil traditional paintings: we have to “create” the colour, so we shouldn’t be afraid of adding many semi-transparent brush strokes with complementary colours to enrich shading. Let me explain a little further:

I drew my kitsune Tav at work instead of being productive today 😊

Bluesky probably cropped his head off, but I drew Astarion's legs, so I'm posting Astarion's legs!

A night time scene of Astarion standing in front of an iron fence with a castle in the background. He is offering the viewer his hand with open palm.

Sketched the crazy way Astarion looks down his nose. Drawing faces tilted back is my weakness, but babygirl is adorable when he's deranged. Also made a quick MS paint doodle from a significantly easier angle to draw. Gods willing, I will actually draw a full body sometime.

The pale elf in digital pencil. I hadn't drawn anything like a traditional drawing in a long time, so why not a scratchy Astarion?

A black and white drawing of Astarion looking stern.

I don't have anything new, so here is something old.

Underswap Papyrus sitting languidly on a frumpy pink bean back chair, high out of his gourd, with a green bong still smoldering with smoke. He is exhaling smoke with his jaw hung open. To his left is the pokemon sprigattito looking equally high, leaned back against it's poofy tail in a reclining position. His room is messy, but not dirty, with haphazardly hung fairy lights and sock pile. He has a large monstera plant in a tall clay planter, dumbbell with basketballs for weights, fly swatter, pin up of a honey bear, small calander, and a scribble of a bone on his beige stripped wallpaper.
