Corporate own media serves corporations...they stopped being the 4th estate in 1984 when the Fairness Doctrine was cancelled by the Reagan admin with the support of the DEM party. The Clinton admin created the 1996 Telecom Act which allowed corporate media to own as many networks as they could buy.
