I'm hanging out at Starbucks after a visit with my neurologist. He confirmed I do still have a brain. He said most of it is still working. That's good news, I think.

Another awesome after-church lunch at Kaizen Ekkamai. Today, I'm loading up with a very healthy Protein Smoothie Bowl & Yuzu Fizz Cold Brew. Only eight more days until we begin the long trek from Thailand to our home in Lakeland, Florida, USA.

It's a hospital day for me today, and I'm grabbing a quick, not so healthy breakfast between appointments. My doctor told me my brain might be broken. I giggled a bit. I told her my third grade teacher told me the same thing.

While I'll never dis our lifestyle and food options in our village in northeast Thailand, the healthy food options in Bangkok are amazing. Rebecca & I are enjoying a healthy Blueberry Mango Banana Granola Yogurt Bowl & fresh squeezed Vitamin C juice after Easter Sunday service at ICA in Bangkok.

Enjoying a traditional Thai meal called "cow-man-guy-tod", with fried chicken, steamed rice, a bowl of soup, cucumber slices, and a cup of ice-cold water. This is a very traditional meal in rural Thailand and a wonderful discovery just a few meters from the apartment we're staying at in Bangkok.

It's time for bruncner! Bruncner: The old combination of breakfast and lunch in one meal but eaten at dinnertime.

Rebecca and I are enjoying an awesome reimagining of a typical Thai street food dinner in an urban restaurant. Tonight's feast: ข้าวมันไก่ทอด (K̄ĥāw mạn kị̀ thxd), a common fried chicken with steamed rice and soup. Tonight's dinner also includes a green salad and a side of ginger to cleanse the palette.

Enjoying a wonderfully delicious and filling Bruncner* at Beyond Bread Ekkamai on the east side of Bangkok. *Bruncner is the common breakfast-lunch combo meal called brunch but consumed at dinnertime.

Rebecca & I are in Bangkok for several weeks of medical appointments before we travel to Malaysia for meetings.
