Our world is suffering…profoundly. Important to march…but then what? Changing a face, doesn’t change a system of harm. 'WE' are THE social problem...and its ONLY solution. WE need to learn our way into a future WE must build ‘for all’…having never understood ourselves… ‘enough’. werdreams.org

Research across the history of mass movements found that when 3.5% of a population actively resists authoritarians, the effort has never failed to force them out. ‘No Kings’ marches are approaching that number. Millions of people in the streets. Real. Significant.
But consider this:
MAGA is simply the latest ‘branding’ of a significant subset of the States. In 2020, 81 million Americans voted against MAGA’s ‘savior’…forced him out of office. That's 34% of eligible voters — nearly ten times the 3.5% threshold — using our system's own mechanism, its most legitimate channel, in a historic turnout not seen in over a century.
And 4 years later... their ‘savior’s face’ returned…more broken and more of a threat than before.
That ‘face’ promising harm was chosen again…because ‘our’ system that created that subset who selects such deeply broken males…was never touched. For some ten thousand years, since agricultural surplus first made it possible to accumulate 'more-than' at imposed collective costs, the positions of power have been filled by people shaped by the same pathological drive. We change who holds the position. The position remains what it was built to be. Oversight…managing and protecting differential benefit.
Resistance can remove a face. It alone cannot dismantle the machinery that keeps producing those male faces.
What can? People learning — together, face-to-face, in small groups, woven together — how we actually evolved to work as a social species. What we were built to do…before ten thousand years of 'more-than'… reshaped everything around extraction.
'WE' are THE social problem. Not any ‘them’.
That's also why 'WE' are the only solution.

Working hard to 'polish edit' the book-set. Been silent with intense work on books. Dems aren't the only folks needing deep insights into failures. Activists have needed such insight into failure for a long, long time. Like...since inequality arose...5-8 millennia ago.

How many times will we let them break their promises? They said "Never Again!" They meant "Never Again…to Us!" The columns should be longer—much longer— but we’re not supposed to see their level of carnage/slaughter. We’re not supposed to ask "why does this keep happening?" Walk with me. Let’s ask.

No society has ever educated 'us' at the level of our dysfunctions...or the level of our possibility. They won't...because we would no longer enable toxic inequality. 'We', 8.3B of us...have no experience, no idea just how to actually live...together, though evolved to. Ready to understand 'us'?

When Power abuses the world around us...we don't have to wait for abusers to stop. Rather...we have to stop waiting...and push back in every direction that we can, however we can...together...to help the abused feel that their value and dignity is not denied by all.

Isn't 'the Internet' demanding that we rethink protest...governance...'public'...and how much damage we allow elites to do to 'us'...hoping that someone else...'fixes this mess'? Doesn't the web allow the world to say 'NO MORE!' - directly to elites? When governments fail 'us'...to the streets!

No where, are 'we' educating ourselves at the level that any effective democracy's demand for 'informed consent' is being met. Sociopaths arise in 'our' ignorance, not our knowledge...of our relationships...to one another...to 'all'. Isn't it time to do this very differently? We can. We must.

No 'should' exists that make broken 'children'...behave...no matter how old they are. No law exists that make people agree that they don't get to take what is not theirs. Power's abuse recognizes nothing but 'more-than'...at any cost...to 'others'. Tired of waiting to be saved? No one's coming.

Sociopaths make evident a simplicity in them that is largely about 'broken-children'...seeking to be valued by at least someone, including themselves. From sociopath, to sycophants, to 'charmed' and zealots...all seek filling that hole of 'valued'...dug with our herds as children...not yet filled...

Elections have consequences. 'None-Of-The-Above' dominate every election...ignored by 'politics-as-usual'...always. Why do we ignore what the majority are telling us? Sociopaths aren't elected...but imposed...as 'lesser-evil' fails to impact inequality...enough...to impress us they care...enough.

No generation educates itself to the level of its dysfunctions, or those 'handed' to it. Imprinted as infant, feeling 'discomfort', waiting for 'someone else' to answer to 'my' cries...i.e., those 'someones' who benefit from dysfunctions. Only 'we' can fix 'it'...which is actually...just...'us'.

Developing 'the division of labor' allowed us to delude 'us' into believing...'someone else'...will 'fix' this. If it isn't 'my' child...home...community...livelihood being destroyed...someone else will 'fix' the mess encompassing 'us'...sometime...some day...hopefully. Let's...pray?

We don't teach ourselves how to resist...but follow. We don't teach ourselves to lay down weapons...but pick them up. Sociopaths love...docile citizens...wringing their hands, thinking someone else will 'fix this'. A nation of laws until not. Ready to learn how to do this different?

Sociopaths need people more oriented by a herd-beliefs, than oriented by curiosity driven by our senses...people more oriented around herd-imitation, than driven to understand. And activists seem stuck on 'shoulds' rather than questioning habitual ineffectiveness preventing achieving...'for all'.
