Oh wow, Academy Award Nominated Jurassic World Rebirth, let’s go! Almost 30 years since the last time this franchise has received a nomination and still going strong.

Good luck to all the runDisney Marathon Weekend runners! Had a fun time doing the half last year and the energy is infectious. Looking forward to doing the 10-miler at the Springtime Surprise!

Once again, I wonder a few years from now what history books will be like… I can imagine many of them will be filled with hindsight bias instead of taking action In the moment.

🦖 ⚡️ 🏹 Muzzammil @muzzshaik07.bsky.social · 06/01/2026

From quick skimming, it follows the season very closely. • Darius acknowledges he is on a mission and that unfortunately doesn’t include meeting Malcolm • Sammy and Yaz name Blender. • Minor additional dialogue at the airstrip and epilogue (more for character dev. than plot)

Realized that this weekend, a year ago, I ran 14 miles for my last training run before my first half marathon. Shoutout to all my podcasting mutuals and friends for keeping me sane through your episodes with running being just as much mental as is physical.

🦖 ⚡️ 🏹 Muzzammil @muzzshaik07.bsky.social · 24/12/2025

This is just speculation, but I think Spring ‘26 would be a good time for any major franchise news 🦖 🦕 : • New bts book by James Mottram - March • BN listing (at least for now) new physical 4K editions - March • Select theater chains bringing back the OG trilogy - April

Not looking forward to the possibility of Netflix streaming prices increasing with it winning the bid. What I would be intrigued tho is if they’ll dip their toes in theme parks and maybe help out Six Flags or something

5 stars achieved in each park in the Evolution 3 campaign 🥳 I was on the fence with even getting it at first this early, but I’m really impressed with how this story took small threads from Fallen Kingdom, Dominion, and even a bit of Chaos Theory while teasing the future.

This season really nailed it with making the Giganotosaurus a force in Biosyn Valley. Apex Rivalry aside, we only got to see it be a thorn on Rexy’s side. Here, they really took the time to flesh out more of the ecosystem and show it and Rexy testing their territorial waters.

Silly me forgot the scale of Evolution 3 after playing the North American and Asian locations and then unlocking Europe lol. Frontier did a great job making a solid campaign that capitalizes on the familiar with Evo 2.

As expected, the stranger things sweep definitely hindered Chaos Theory S4’s chances of being in the Netflix weekly global top 10 stats with the upcoming first part of the finale, but I’d imagine it got really close

000

🦖 ⚡️ 🏹 Muzzammil @muzzshaik07.bsky.social · 25/11/2025

I could also see a permanent tribute store-like setup honoring all the broadway and stage production runs. That I think would be a better way to continue to preserve the legacy.

000

🦖 ⚡️ 🏹 Muzzammil @muzzshaik07.bsky.social · 25/11/2025

Now people who’ve been with Wicked lore far longer can decide whether they agree or not, but I think rather than more sequels, Universal should focus on a theme park land following the events of Act 2 with Emerald City reimagined in Glinda’s vision and how she’s setting to make things right.

100

🦖 ⚡️ 🏹 Muzzammil @muzzshaik07.bsky.social · 25/11/2025

Because the Dreamworks team has seen several cuts of Dominion, I kind of wonder how much of the 6 hours of footage that Sam Neill mentioned, did they see? Maybe it was said in hyperbole, but I’d imagine the initial assembly cuts for that were quite long.

But, I will address one minor spoiler that content creators & podcast listeners probably caught and that is Scott Kreamer being the last “new voice” of the show. I checked in with Scott about this & it’s so fitting and a full-circle moment for him as showrunner to be at the end.

I still think it best to give a few more days to properly talk Chaos Theory spoilers and it’s going to take some time for me to complete my breakdown.
