Ajsjsjsnsjzj I was looking into stablehand jobs and decided to check the reviews for working at Medieval Times to see if they're alright in my area. ...this isn't actually my area, but it doesn't make me want to work for them.

Pros

Coworks are nice for the most part and easy to get along with. At least you feel a sense of camaraderie while getting screwed by a corrupt company

Cons

Too many to list.

Incompetent management
Lack of a training system
Hiring people with zero horse experience and providing no meaningful training
Poor quality of care provided to the animals
Management will do everything in it's power to not give you benefits
Management will also do everything in their power to not do their jobs
Management is largely comprised of unskilled, unqualified, unexperienced people.
Company has zero care for employee retention and would rather have a constant revolving door of employees than make changes that would actually better the establishment and make people want to stay

Advice to Management

Quit and replace yourselves with people who are actually competent

@lark-wren.bsky.social I know this was months ago, but did you figure out the moderation settings? Turns out you don't set the pics you post to be viewed or hidden because that's a setting everyone chooses for themselves.

Screenshot of the settings on Bluesky's moderation page. There are options to show, hide, or warn for content that's nsfw or graphic.
