the churu worked really well getting her out from the bed. i put her in the sink so she couldnt escape while i prepared the meds, i put it in a little dish with churu on top. she definitely smelled it and turned up her nose at first, but the enticing smell of churu eventually won her over 🐱

neelix really hates taking her medication, to the point i'm getting worried about how it's affecting her stress-wise. she hides under the bed all morning to avoid being given it. we started blocking off the bedroom at night, but she still hid under the bed after the medication today ☹️

lil update: neelix had her 3rd checkup this week. her ketones & blood glucose levels are down to a normal level, and while she's still experiencing some weightloss the vet is not concerned bcuz she's still a little overweight lol she's in good spirits and very cuddly 🥰
