@mayor.nyc.gov I've never encountered mta police scanning people's payment cards until my 1st time going through a heavily black neighborhood today. Officers told me this started after 2008. I find it disconcerting I never encountered this in my usual routes. Do you find this inequity concerning?

At the bare minimum you have to consider how much money Rockstar would make in those 6 hours. Roughly they made over 500k so Netflix would have to pay a premium over that amount to start making this exclusivity worthwhile. How much of a premium? Who knows. Personally I think they paid 1 mil.

Government controls money in various ways... This law is vital because these supervised algorithms are built off the back of our work & the goal is to replace us. We need to take ownership of our work & earn a residual for it. Unions can make this happen. This law helps where unions don't exist.
