Starbuck and Roo lie on their backs on hospital beds, strapped into straitjackets and colorful pastel barney printed diapers. They're in their early 20's — Starbuck has one horn broken and a chunk torn out of one ear, evidently having lived a hard life. A latex-gloved hand injects a glowing pink liquid into Star's shoulder through his straitjacket.

The room is clinical and bare, save for an open pack of the same colorful diapers shoved against the far wall, a chair with a box of latex gloves to the left, and the corner of a hospital countertop to the right.

Star tenses up, his toes curling, eyes going wide, ears flattening, and a large wet patch spreading across the front of his diaper as he suddenly wets himself. Whether this was caused by the shot, by fright, or some other factor isn't certain. Roo watches this, sweating nervously but making no attempt to escape. Perhaps there are other guards in the room we don't see, or perhaps their initial attempts to escape are what landed them in the straitjackets in the first place.

Now Roo is the one being approached by a gloved hand holding a needle full of the same glowing pink liquid. Roo is struggling, legs kicking, and wetting himself with fright and stress before the needle even goes in.

Star meanwhile is the complete opposite, fully relaxed in more ways than one. His tongue lolls out with a dazed, vacant, pleased smile on his face as his body voids all on its own and he farts out a huge messy load into the seat of his diaper. The growing messy bulge has nowhere to go but up the front of his diaper, as his large tail is in the way and only a small amount of poop makes it down the sides. Brown stains are spreading quickly into the space between his legs, and the bulge of the mess is travelling further and further up the front of his diaper. The prints are almost completely smudged out of view, leaving a thin blue wetness indicator down the middle and colorful smudges in the place of barney and friends.
