Thank you so much. Honestly, I’m really happy that an illustrator gave me that feedback, because it helps me notice certain mistakes that I wouldn’t normally catch at first glance and better understand which areas I still need to improve. 😊

I recently received feedback from a great master who pointed out several mistakes in the illustration. While I’m happy with the rendering and painterly style, the piece still has some anatomy and proportion issues I overlooked 😅. I’ll repost it soon with the proper corrections.

It’s a combination of several textured brushes. You can achieve this effect with almost any texture brush, but the most important one is a brush called “Lines,” which creates multiple textured strokes. Then, using an airbrush, you softly erase certain areas to blend and shape the effect.
