Part of the response near the end:

"that the Court's order was erroneous". "The government reserves the right to take all necessary and legal actions" set forth in the executive order 14230.

Basically the U.S. Government telling the Judge, a member of the Judicial Branch "No, you're wrong and we can do what we want". At least that's how I fuckin' read it!
