the Elm Street dlc for this game was also famously rushed because of how big the name was and it even impacted the previous dlc which was Texas Chainsaw because of it i'm not gonna blame anyone because of it but i think this is just a case of the stars not aligning

i'm no licensing expert but i don't think you need literal billions of dollars to get this to happen if anything i think you can't get the original Krueger because you already took your shot too early and got the remake instead

finished Twisted Metal Black as Dollface the final boss wasn't obnoxious which was surprising but i'm gonna do more story playthroughs on the lower difficulty to see if that does anything about the obnoxious cpu's
