Interesting. I had a maple-bacon Manhattan once, made with bacon-fat-washed whiskey and maple syrup. Was good, but I found it hard to drink down (don't worry, I finished it!). It wasn't as refreshing as I felt a Manhattan should be. But I'm willing to try this if only to try the butter afterward.

Pre-made puff pastry dough cut into triangles and baked on parchment paper per package instructions. When done, take half of the pastry triangles and spread pistachio cream and Nutella. Cover with the untouched triangles. Cool a bit while you make vanilla whipped cream. Top with whipped cream.

Monday Leftover Challenge! I had leftover rotisserie chicken and bacon fried rice. So I made a quick "fusion" sauce, cooked frozen broccoli, grabbed a spinach wrap, and got to work! Sauce: ketchup, BBQ sauce, soy sauce, sriracha, raw honey, chili crisp (香辣脆, xiāng là cuì), ginger. #cooking
