Ugh, that's so lame. I just don't understand how people can just take someones money and sit on an unfinished job like that for 2 years

It's better to over communicate rather than go silent for 2 years. You are getting paid for a service and while commissioners aren't entitled to get it in 2 seconds like you're ChatGPT, the least you can do is reply to them rather than be silent

Munch @munchboxart.bsky.social · 1h

I've been seeing the topic of how some artists shouldn't be doing commissions and I gotta agree. Specifically the ones with communication issues. It ain't that hard to message back your commissioner something like "Hey, I've been really busy but I will try to get back to your comm ASAP!"

Oh yeah I know that the gyro controls are different, I'm more so talking about having motion drift in one game and then it's suddenly normal in the next game (or vice versa), or just loading into a game with gyro lag (with a pro controller). It could probably be my controller, though

000

Munch @munchboxart.bsky.social · 08/10/2026

I feel like Splat 2 sometimes just loads you into a game with fucked gyro for some reason. Or maybe I just need to fix my controller

140

Munch @munchboxart.bsky.social · 04/10/2026

How the hell do you load up Splatoon 2 in the year 2026 and decide that on the only game mode you can play aside from SR (Turf War), you're going to play Zap and spam Missile. Just watch paint dry if you wanna do nothing

I swear I will draw soon I am just busy with other things... Sorry.......................

I wasn't much of an album listener for most of my life so a couple or at least half of these are more recent (as in the past ~5-10 years). I'm putting my chips in UNIT KAI to blow up this decade

010

Munch @munchboxart.bsky.social · 03/10/2026

Edited in Air Ni Ni, I don't care if it's an LP. If I had to replace one of the Owl City albums (most likely Maybe I'm Dreaming) to make it all unique, I would probably replace it with Superclean Vol. 2 by The Marías (Vol 1 has Basta Ya though...)

I think I'm my own unique of crazy for how I think about my Galacta Knight and Meta Knight yaoi. Or maybe I'm not crazy enough compared to everyone else. I'll project my crazy into Galacta Knight

I don't think I've accomplished any of my art goals this year, SO. My only goal now is just to make a massive drawing for Mui, PLEASE

Munch @munchboxart.bsky.social · 27/09/2026

Star Allies I can at least understand, especially it being an "older" game and HAL hasn't really delved into online much at that point. RTDLDX and and maybe Forgotten Land gets less of an excuse though. RTDLDX especially because it's a remake

100

Munch @munchboxart.bsky.social · 27/09/2026

It's still insane to me that none of the modern mainline Kirby games have any online multiplayer for the main campaign. HAL just seems so old fashioned about it

I have an online store where I sell stickers and prints I've drawn. It is regularly updated. If you wish to support me, this is the best way to do so. Please feel free to take a look → applesheep.bigcartel.com

Fuck it, that park owner's girl from Knights of Guinevere (Olivia Park) is nonbinary to me too. I will give my honorary nonbinary pin to whoever I want

020

Munch @munchboxart.bsky.social · 24/09/2026

I keep mixing up Cutter Circuits name, who cares. My honorable mentions because I am insane and crazy for #that specific type of hairstyle

130

Munch @munchboxart.bsky.social · 24/09/2026

I'm very happy that there is a specific type of character design and personality that is becoming more common that is very nonbinary to me. So far I have about like 3-4 characters that fit under that umbrella, and it's Circuit Cutter Cookie, Prune Juice Cookie and ENA

150

Munch @munchboxart.bsky.social · 24/09/2026

I'm mad as hell that there's barely any art of Cutter Circuit Cookie

Munch @munchboxart.bsky.social · 23/09/2026

A game can look pretty or have a solid/consistent design style/theme (Splatoon for example) but like, I can't think of any other games that has a strong sense of a unique visual identity like those two. I guess it's just that they're both really colorful and pixel art

030

Munch @munchboxart.bsky.social · 23/09/2026

There's like, only 2 games in my life that I hold a really high regard to when it comes to design and... Visual styling?? I guess? Something similar to branding. Those 2 games are OFF and Kirby's Adventure. Nothing else has come close in a way that I can explain it

Hello! I'm doing a test run of my online shop from now through Oct 27. This is a test run, so I'm only selling a limited range of smaller items, and only shipping within the USA for now. (This is to keep things simple so I can learn what I'm doing). courtesy.bigcartel.com

One of these fucking days, I will make my mini disc playlists with stickers for my NOT agents and it will be the coolest looking thing

I don't think I ever shared these. These are matching Chihiro and Hakuri rosettes I made. I ended up finishing Chihiro's a long while ago and I'm very proud how they turned out

Thinking about the potential quad being a guy who just stopped showing up whenever S3 came out on the timeline and it's just this whenever Mui, Ro or Yue talk about him. Or her/they

I keep thinking about making a fourth for Mui, Yue and Ro because it's always awkward that they're a trio instead of a quad. But it's also hard for me to imagine a consistent fourth for them. Thinking...

Do any of you use an ergonomic mouse? I'm considering getting one because my hand is a little fucked up from drawing too much

I don't play around with the Olympic Winter Games one, I loved it so much as a kid. I need to play it again at some point

020

Munch @munchboxart.bsky.social · 14/09/2026

Trying to think of a Sonic game I've actually played and it might legitimately only be 1/10 of Sonic Rush and Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games for the DS like 3 times for story mode

120

Munch @munchboxart.bsky.social · 13/09/2026

I miss ACNL so much but I know it doesn't go well every time I try to go back and play it

060

Munch @munchboxart.bsky.social · 11/09/2026

I miss him too but if it takes to become Morpho Knight to be finally canon in the series, I will take it. It just sucks he probably won't get any merch aside from the one stamp

011

Munch @munchboxart.bsky.social · 10/09/2026

I kind of hate that he's facing the other way, though I guess it's because this is the direction you'll see if you play 3rd person

181

Munch @munchboxart.bsky.social · 10/09/2026

I guess because RTDL was one of the first-ish games to "fully dive" into the whole ancients thing, so I guess that makes sense

010

Munch @munchboxart.bsky.social · 10/09/2026

Ok hold on, there's one thing I can excuse if it happens. If they bring up Morpho Knight, I will forgive the entire game for having a RTDL bias. I don't even remember why Galacta Knight even showed up as a secret boss for the Arena but I'll take that slim chance

220

Munch @munchboxart.bsky.social · 10/09/2026

One last thing about that new Kirby game. If they make the new "companion" the twist villain again, I will fucking tear my hair out. OR if Dedede is "betraying" Kirby. We've done this shtick 10 times already, we can't keep doing this

020

Munch @munchboxart.bsky.social · 10/09/2026

If they end up making a Kirby Switch 2 design, then that shit better have that new battery replaceability feature thing. I would honest to god, probably trade in my Switch 2 (if I can) for the potential Kirby one. I am sooooo so serious about my Kirby merch

141

Munch @munchboxart.bsky.social · 10/09/2026

That's what I thought too. I'm still iffy but as long as he's still goofy

010

Munch @munchboxart.bsky.social · 10/09/2026

Oh also, I'm glad they're going back to "OG" Dedede instead of keeping the Forgotten Land style. If they kept it any longer, I would go crazy. Them keeping it for RTDL DX was already too far enough

140

Munch @munchboxart.bsky.social · 10/09/2026

If I see that blue fuck in that new game, I'm going to tear his head off like breaking a pencil in two

151

Munch @munchboxart.bsky.social · 10/09/2026

Can I say something. I'm a little sick of the RTDL bias in Kirby, but maybe that's just the amount of merch I've been seeing. AND I GET IT, IT'S MY FAVORITE GAME IN THE ENTIRE SERIES and I think it's one of the best Kirby games, but I kind of wish they'd branch off of something else at least

170

Munch @munchboxart.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

I haven't watched too much of the new Kirby trailer yet but it's really giving RTDL, I will have to watch it later because I'm busy

040

Munch @munchboxart.bsky.social · 08/09/2026

I'll never forgive the marketing team for TFONE for letting that movie flop. I hope Hasbro gives another Transformers movie or show without humans another chance, it's all I want
