On the left: how I express an idea for an @eloquencegame.bsky.social scene. On the right: how my incredible artist @sonjavanvuure.bsky.social interprets my idea. I see nothing wrong with this process.

I thought it. Only for a second, but I definitely thought it. "Cross-Steam Capsule Marketing. They did it. The mad lads actually did it." Turns out it was just a coincidence

Our #stroopwafel stockpiles are dwindling, my fellow #gdc25 goers! But fear not! Even on this last day of @officialgdc.bsky.social, everyone I'll meet today will receive a complimentary, real Dutch stroopwafel! Have a great one!

First rule of #gdc: when a Dutch person offers you a #stroopwafel, you take it. It's day 4 of #gdc25 and I'm looking forward to great meetings and awesome talks today! If you see me wandering in West/South Hall, come say hi and receive a delectable stroopwafel!

One week from now, I am giving my talk "By Any Other Name: A Linguist's Approach to Namecraft" as part of the Narrative track at GDC. This is a topic that is very dear to me. Hit me up if you want to catch up in San Francisco! hashtag#gdc hashtag#gamenarrative hashtag#gamedevelopment

For context, this is what the willows look like in Summer. Most Winters, we are happy to get 2 cm of snow here in The Netherlands
