I spent the last two weeks in Japan visiting family. It was great, wet, but great. (They had 35 straight days of rain.) I had to fly half way across the globe to get hit by a typhoon which is ironic. The trip home was frought with issues and ended up taking 26 hours door to door. That was not great.

It is something all women should do. It is so important for our bones and health. Pilates and similar are important too but they don't strain the muscle/bone connection like lifting. And you need that to prevent osteoporosis.

I've seen a lot of discourse about this. It is a frequent occurance in marathons and ultra marathons. The point everyone makes is those are outside and you don't share equipment. In Hyrox, this is a health issue, a biohazard.

We have a Middle Eastern store here where they make their own Turkish Delight in like 30 different varieties. They make so many varieties of baklava too. And Turkish ice-cream. And knafeh. They roast nuts and their own coffee. It's dangerous.
