Yes, social media is an open forum of communication on a global scale. The protection from such attempts affects us all and wrongfully so, giving my personal information to several platforms that are not state/federally regulated is not safe (i.e. data leaks.) The provided scenario is to state that "not everywhere" is suited for minors. Specifically, the majority of public, social settings are not meant for children. It is not up to state law makers to enforce this act on ALL PEOPLE. It is unconstitutional in my current level of educational understanding.

If an "Adults Only" setting, a public bar for example, is open then the policies would clearly state, socially included, that children (minors) are not permitted in some way. However, a clause would state "[...] minors must be under constant parental supervision, no exceptions." (cont.)

We should never stop, for that is forgetting history. Immigration, genocide, and slavery, these are the three (3) main moments of inception here in the States.
