Kinda late to breakfast 'cause... stuff to do. But scrambled eggs w/ smoked turkey sausage, potatoes and cheese + iced coffee makes it a worth the wait. It's a little heavy on protein on purpose. I find this helps keep me satiated longer--good for the #weightloss #journey I'm on. #Bluesky

This may be the last Saturday morning that I do this. Scrambled eggs has been my go-to breakfast for years. But even I can only eat so many. Had to go to 2 different stores to 'cause I wanted a carton for my daughter as TJ's has now set a limit of only 1 dozen per patron.

Every morning when I wake up, my belly is fairly flat. w/o fail, by EOD, it gets pretty bloated due to things I eat coupled w/ poor digestion. UNLESS I avoid processed carbs & gluten. So, this morning it's frittatas & tea w/ lemon + honey; for the rest of the day I'll be fasting. #bluesky #diet
