Just like using Forgotten Island to hate on Disney, using Hexed to attack Forgotten Island is equally as toxic and harmful to both sides. Again, this is why we need to be more aware of our behavior and not just focus on the targets because this is what makes animation discourses unbearable.

After reading this thread, it’s made clear that Disney naturally goes through cycles of high periods and low periods. Although very low periods have led to truly golden eras. Regarding their upcoming #Hexed though, I feel at best it’ll just be a step towards that, maybe like Meet the Robinsons.

I almost considered adding this point in my Cartoon Community mini-series, but Ant just did a good job covering the issue that the fandom doesn't want to admit. They are not as progressive as they claim and they have a bigotry problem that's causing real harm.
