My phone cam is not fantastic but I still take pics because sometimes I can’t believe what I see right in front of me.

I think it’s a barn swallow. Outstretched and flying high in a beautiful blue sky. Some might call it American flag blue.

This may be a barn swallow dipping down from the sky for some food. The sky is blue and the landscape is dry and brown.

A tshirt from the 1996 Race to Robie Creek half marathon. It is a blue tshirt and the graphics include roses and dancing bears. Also a graphic of the course which is eight miles up, five miles down.

Little dog was basically given to us at the local pet food store. Big dog is finally getting used to her, it’s been a year and a half.

This was right before I slipped in some mud and messed up my hamstrings, won’t be running for a bit and that’s going to be maddening but nothing’s torn, just strained. Not sure how many falls I have left in me but it seems inevitable. #TrailRunning #DogsOfMastodon #Running
