Did you know that The Monkees is on Amazon Prime?

Just started watching the Marble Hall Murders on PBS. It’s the third story in the Atticus Pund series. I will say that I’m finding g it harder to keep the characters and storylines straight in this one as compared to the earlier two.

In my broken shoulder tv binge watching, I’ve moved on from WW1 nurses to WW2 general movies. Started with D-Day films and series including a rewatch of Pressure.

Today’s broken shoulder rewatch binge is season 1 of Garry Wild. (Can you see a trend in the types of shows I usually watch?).

I broke my shoulder on Friday afternoon so I haven’t been able to do much. Makes it worse that it’s my right shoulder and I’m a righty. So lots of TV and movie watching. Currently, I’m re-watching Recipes for Love and Murder on Acorn season one. It’s set in South Africa.

We’ve got a section of grass that grows at mutant rate. Of course mama rabbit decioits the perfect place for her babies. We will be. Leaving this grass alone when mowing today.

Finally getting a chance to watch Pressure. A few historical goofs but overall good attention to detail.

I’m about to start the last book (so far) in the historical mystery series I’m listening to. Need to start looking for a new book, or ideally a new series to try out. Love historical mysteries, especially those set in Victorian age or first half of 20th century. But I’m open to others.

Skies overcast today with a bit of an orange tinge. The latter is likely from particles from Canadian fires in the upper atmosphere

I have the Carrot weather app. You can set the level of snarkiness so of course I have it set to 10. Here’s this morning’s message.

Snarky message says: It may be cloudy now, but look on the bright side: you could be checking the weather from an Android phone.

Well today’s work was mostly electrical so unless you zoom in on outlets and wiring, you won’t see much difference. But wait, there are the lights in the ceiling now.

Old ceiling light removed. Now lighting installed.

We have such fantastic neighbors. I was able to use my mini powered shovel on the sidewalk last night. But with all the snow we got overnight it was just too much for me. My neighbor has a real snow blower and he came by on his own to clear it for me.

Very kindly neighbor using his snow blower on our sidewalk.
