Scotland: New two-year pay offer for Agenda for Change staff (incl. pharmacists). This is equivalent to 4.25% in 2025-26 and 3.75% in 2026-27. More information will be put to Unite/GHP members in due course.

Pharmacy teams are under extreme pressure from medicines shortages. Our workforce wellbeing survey with Pharmacist Support and APTUK highlights their impact on mental health, with many facing verbal abuse. Urgent action is needed. More: bit.ly/4gMPdnk #PharmacyWellbeing

56% of respondents said their mental health and wellbeing has been impacted by medication shortages
41% said their patients had been put at risk because of medicines shortages
