Me too because I’m on a strict food protocol and zucchini is approved! Here’s what I made last night. Similar to yours only mine had zucchini, carrots, broccolini, spinach, red peppers, and tofu. Served over a bed of rice, it was delish. I wish I could have onions and garlic,but not yet!

I hope you have him for many many years to come and enjoy every minute of it. This was my buster as a kitten. Such a sweet face just like your kitty. I adored him and his sister Precious. She lived to 18 1/2 years old they both had kidney disease. And a lot of other old age related things.
