Decided on option 1, and went back to sleep. Woke around 9:30a and made chocolate chip with cinnamon bits scones. Sent my landlord a message asking if wanted half and he replied "duh, what do you think?" 😂 (Landlord lives next door)

Today's #GoodLunch (actually brunch, but close enough) Gruyere and roasted garlic sausage, diced potatoes, bell peppers, onion, mushrooms and artichoke hearts tossed in olive oil. Baked and broiled. My mouth and tummy enjoyed this very much.

Today's #GoodLunch Protein! 4oz shredded chicken breast, on a carb balance tortilla with a little cheese, creamy guacamole and tomato salsas and some sliced olives. Rolled that up, and fed it to my face.
