A while back, I painted this after burying a wild rabbit in my backyard after it had passed. It's a sad piece, but it sold! So I'm getting it ready to ship out today. Sometimes it the paintings you don't expect that end up going out into the world.

Behold, a very small froggie! Soon he's getting a tiny crown and a little fancy ruff. But various friends also suggested a cowboy frog riding a little snail, and I can't unsee that possibility. And also, we made up a fake folksy saying: "Don't be overdressing your frog, now!"
