When words do not match actions, it is called gaslighting - an insidious form of mental abuse that involves manipulating someone into questioning their own reality or perceptions, often leading them to doubt reality, their sanity, or their memories. But, WE ARE NOT POWERLESS to overcome.

Unfortunately, you are right. Millions of Americans are trauma bonded and being gaslit by him. It is our responsibility as humans to help each other understand gaslighting, trauma bonds, narcissism, and how we may be complicit in our own lives.
