There’s something so right about #Juneteenth being exactly 6 weeks post op. The next set of surgery recovery restrictions have been removed. 2 incision re-tears, 0 infections. Completely off pain meds. God can, & it’s such a blessing when They actually do. #microdiscectomyrecovery #backtalkwithTiff
