I’m a very deep empath and everyday it’s people suffering and terrified everywhere you look. I’m so sad. So tired and I hate police now took I never hated police but now they are the same as ice at least to me. I don’t trust any law enforcement anymore. I never used to feel this way .

I wish @maddow.bsky.social and @lawrenceodonnelljr.bsky.social would address the department of ed deciding nursing wasn’t a professional degree during a nursing shortage. Like how many people can do what we do or have done! #trythis #nursing

Today was a sleep in, “I don’t want to” “I just want a purple dress” kind of day, so no outfit today guys. Just her favorite strawberry shortcake. But she did let me do her hair and agreed to a selfie. I’ll take it. #Alzheimer #caregiverlife #hospicecare #recoveryjourney

7 years ago today, I took my last swig of El Jimador. As someone who battles addiction and mental health issues, the fight's never truly done. It’s one round at a time, just like Rocky, and I'm still standing. Every day is a new chance to come out swinging. I'm grateful for each small victory.

I’ve been learning a lot the last couple of years as I’ve been working on doing my part in all this while taking care of my parents at the same time. That being said @lawrenceodonnell.msnbc.com has taught me so much I never knew the past couple of nights. I’m grateful. And I have hope because of it.

I don’t understand why it is so damn hard to get my community to freaking care. Why they get mad at me for pursuing this. There is nothing right about ignoring rhetoric that marginalizes a community of people without acknowledgement or apology. How do you sing in front of people after this?

Hello everyone. A lead singer, CECE YA, for a band New Destiny in Phoenix Arizona posted anti lgbtq rhetoric on her social media. My Latino community doesn’t seem to think it’s a big deal. Can you all repost this because it’s not ok. I’m trying to get an apology from the band. Can you support me?

Because the Starbucks CEO has said that customers can now use the name Charlie Kirk on their cups I am challenging everyone to use the name of a child killed by gun violence, TACO, Epstein, Cheeto, or Melissa Hortmann until the new year. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Here’s cruelty. you voice your opinions and beliefs in a rational and non confrontational manner and strangers screen shot pictures of you and your dead husband and laugh at them in front of other people. I will not respond. I know where’s it’s coming from. Nor will I do the same thing to them.

The fact that Matthew Dowd lost his job for pointing out Charlie Kirk’s hate speech, while Brian Kilmeade openly suggests we should euthanize the homeless and there is zero outrage, shows exactly what is terribly wrong with today’s political mainstream media.

My father is a #vietnamveteran …. Who came back with a brain injury and PTSD. Seeing this man get an honor guard and escort and acknowledgement by the traffic control tower as if he was a fallen police officer, firefighter, or veteran makes me ill to my stomach

Personally I’m so over Hakeem Jeffries and chuck schumer banging their drums with the same sound bites and speeches saying the same thing over and over. Get on the road like your life depends on it. Meet the people. Do the damn work. You all are losing us and we’re tired of the same old thing.

Facial expressions and all. It keeps my hope alive in some strange way. And I need that
