According to Dan Gilvezan, that Optimus Prime short is actually a teaser for an upcoming Transformers series next year. My question is, why would Hasbro want to use an actor who could be seen as potentially problematic to play Bumblebee and not the OG voice actor?

I know it wasn’t a common thing, but I remember learning in middle school about the horrors of the meat industry and how it was exposed in Upton Sinclair‘s The Jungle. If you allow these companies to try to self regulate, they will put profits over people. They did it before. #FDA

I think with fandoms, the reality is that (as a whole) they aren’t nearly as bad as they seem. Most of the interactions I’ve had with folks who share my interests have been great, but there’s always a small patch of loud psychos. I don’t have a solution, it’s just an observation.
