A comic about a man trying to hide the fact that he won the lottery. One man ask if he had heard of a lottery winner in their town. He replies "Well, if it were me I wouldn't tell anyone, but there would be signs." But it seems to be he is using his money to feed local animals instead of using his winnings on anything flashy.
