As I was driving home today from an appointment with my team of psychiatrists, I saw a flock of geese flying over the lake. I mention this because in all my 74.8 years here in New York State, I have never seen geese here in the winter.

Soo, i singed my beard today. Well I wanted toast 🤨 I put the bread in the toaster and went to make coffee. How was i supposed to know the damn toaster was set to high😳 i didn't look at it i never look at it. 🫤 putting out the fire🙄 i got too close, and there went the hair.

Hey guys, there's things about me i haven't told you. I have what we call episodes. Those can be panic attacks, anxiety, sometimes paranoia, depression, and fits of anger. There are many more lesser symptoms that I won't mention because they will never bother you.
