I animated this in Krita and exported the frames into blender, using compositing nodes to add the glow and bloom. I would use grease pencil nowadays but I wasn't used to it yet. 120

This was my first time doing this back in October. The layers were drawn in Krita then brought over into blender for the animation, since there was more control and better performance 010
