If you have student that you know is going to struggle in the run up to the Christmas holiday make a plan with them. Share the plan with home and ALL staff. How will their days look? Who is their key person? When will they check in? 💛 #pastoral #outreach #semh

When I was at school my headteacher stood at the door of the canteen EVERYDAY and chatted to us. He remembered little things about us all and made us feel important. I always tried my best to do this so my students knew that I cared. Because I did. A lot 🤍 #BestJob
