Step 4: Time to eat! I made up some frosting to go with it, but but ended up not adding it for the taste test. I wanted to evaluate just based on the cakes themselves.
Tamara & I both scored them 5 points in each of 3 categories (taste, texture/mouthfeel, and overall impression). For a total of 30.
