Erm actually according to this Reddit post I read just this morning it's a masterpiece.

I'm not saying I have no standards, but when it comes to a Deadpool film, I think it's the best we've gotten and will maybe ever get. I don't throw "masterpiece" around like it means nothing, it's meant for media that I think won't be topped for a long time, or ever. And in this case, I think I'm justified. Ryan Reynolds' Deadpool and Hugh Jackman's Wolverine clashing is something that wont't be topped for at least decades imo.

We-ell, I don't mind the square-head 70s/80s cybers, they're just goofy guys. One thing I'll say for Chibnall is the cybermen design synthesising the Cybus design with that look was kind of cool.

Chibnall-era Cyberman, sort of squared off version of the Cybus design with notably big "earpads" and chunky handles.

Ok, not sure about the spiked pauldrons.

How dare you criticise this perfectly normal cat that is not The Thing in any way?

Ginger cat sliding down tiles on its belly, rear legs splayed behind it. Its eyes are black, like doll's eyes. Its fur an indistinct blob of pale orange.

A few frames later the cat has decided it's easier to be on its side. The pesky left rear leg is now a truncated stub, and two featureless prongs protrude from the area where there was once a single right leg. The fur at the front is starting to regain stripes.

The ginger cat a few more frames later, now with two almost complete rear legs. It's on its side and the stump that was once its left back leg is now almost a tail. It has visible stripes once more (this is a change from its initial Calico appearance as it was when lounging on the roof, but in line with its patter when it launched itself).

Ah! I read a bit of Claremont's X-Men and probably saw that bit even if I don't remember it. I playground-bartered something for this trade paperback, which was the source of my undying Kitty Pryde fandom but I think it also was the end of the Colossus-Kitty relationship so maybe it WAS in there.

Marvel Masterworks The Uncanny X-men Volume 10 (issues 176-188). It shows Cyclops using his optic blasts on a... an octopus? Who is strangling him??
