Story, setting and themes definitely, visuals and acting absolutely, constant jumpscares, avoiding millions of the same, copy pasted enemies from start to finish and the weirdly tile-based samey ancient Japanese dungeons, absolutely not. I forced myself to complete it once, then watched the rest.

Hmm, I was kinda tricked into playing the jumpscare simulator 2000 that was Silent Hill f, will have to do more research before playing something that's wearing the Silent Hill name in the future...

Nisville, last weekend! There were a bunch of cool performers (not just jazz!), including Incognito, Stochelo Rosenberg, Public Lunch, Barney Esville & the Barks, Afro Gitano, Dock In Absolute with Maz Univerze, Boney M... last night was dedicated to local rock bands and was kinda crazy :)

Some more photos from a couple of days ago.

Stack of 25 photos of the night sky, aimed towards Polaris. The stars form concentric circles as they move across the sky. Various trails of what appear to be airplanes, and maybe satellites are also visible.

An enormous ball of charged gas and nuclear fusion hanging low in the sky, being obstructed by an equally enormous ball of cheese.

I got a 16mm lens for a while now and didn't really get a chance to use it for this until yesterday. Guess I should get out more eh :D Have zero experience with astrophotography, managed to crash Affinity multiple times while stacking, filled up the C drive with a 16GB photostack etc :D

Some photos from yesterday! Only like 9% eclipse coverage oh well. The sky was exceptionally dark later.

A large ball of plasma in the sky, being obscured by an enormous ball of what I'm told is cheese.

A rather large amount of stars captured during a single 25-second exposure at 16mm. The spine of the Milky Way stretches along the middle, with Andromeda galaxy being visible in the lower left corner. Heavy vignetting can be seen in the corners, something I need to learn to correct better.

More or less the best looking game that the 6600 could run at a decent performance :D I remember it being virtually unknown in my circle of friends back then, and was really puzzled by that as the game was really good (and looked absolutely amazing for the time).

I didn't really have a lot of choice back in the day so Zool was one of the games I played, a LOT :) Has a lot of flaws, but introduced me to a lot of interesting mechanics, sliding for example :) Loved the music world where you could (and had to!) play notes by jumping on a giant piano keybed.

There is a culture of rampant piracy here since the 80s; paying for games is still not really considered to be the "norm" and people are still kinda surprised to hear someone's actually doing it. Not that the pricing/availability is doing anything to help it.

Serbia :D New games nowadays go for more than 10% of median net wage over here. Alternative digital stores often just block the region entirely. On Steam, we're treated the same as EU, so dollar prices=euro prices.
