These two months of #streaming have been humbling, but an amazing community is forming! I started to share my love of gaming and create a safe space for life’s quests. We're building something real—where all are heard, supported, and welcome. Stoked for the future! 🎮🔥 #Community #Gaming #Humble

Seems as if people forget how to interact socially these days. They are too used to screens.

I was told last night that #ProjectZomboid was the #Skyrim of #IndieGames.. .. I guess I finally need to get past the tutorial!

Derick (MrJeriKu) @mrjeriku.bsky.social · 17/03/2025

Creating a safe space for others is the whole reason I, too, started a discord. Post-COVID, people seem to feel more and more isolated. I’m happy to hear there’s others working hard to make others feel heard (and comfortable)!

It’s important to have standards!

Picked this up during the last sale.. intended to play it on a flight to Dallas and accidentally clicked Balatro. The rest was history. I really need to make time for this game. @blessingjr.bsky.social mentioned how amazing it was and I trust his instinct!

As a systems engineering, technical project manager, I know how difficult it may be. But stay true to your Northstar and deliver the best you can and as long as you have passion for your product, the people will come.

If you have the Vvardenfell expansion, the main town there is amazing for crafting. All of the benches are close by! (Definitely begin researching now as it takes months to unlock them all!)

For $2.00 (base game) you can get hundreds of hours, easily! We loved ESO (wife and I) but when we moved from console to PC.. I realized there was no cross-save.. and my heart was broke. I did NOT want to do all of that again! Pro-tip: Start on your crafting and never forget to level your mount!
