[Food] Sausage making day! Loaded baked potato sausages, recipe from #chudsbbq We’ll find out how I did in a couple of hours. 🤞

Modern kitchen with wood cabinets and a gray center island. On the counter are various ingredients prepped and ready to make sausage. There’s a tray of partially frozen pork shoulder chunks, a meet grinder stand by ready to work. Next to that is a sausage stuffing machine and several bowls with spices, bacon, cheese, and frozen hash brown nuggets.

Same modern kitchen as the last photo, but now the ingredients have all been combined and stuffed into sausage casings. The sausages sit on three small wire racks that will go into a small smoker for the next several hours.
