It's been there since Spain became Spain. Madrid was the capital of Castilla and Barcelona the capital of Aragón. The former always stood as a symbol for centralised power around the monarch, the latter for shared power with the nobility and this centralisation vs. regionality has continued today

In Spain there is a Catholic majority, but few people bother going to church unless it's like a wedding or something. The religious festivities are super followed, like the Holy Week in Sevilla, but there are also festivities where people just get drunk, like Santa Faz in Alicante

I think a way I like is to briefly mention whatever you want to promote at some point in the video when you feel could be relevant and expand on it at the end of the video. That way you make everyone aware of the promotion but you don't stop the video's script
