What a bonkers night last night was! I entered my 1st ever poetry slam, as part of ‘Dracula Returns to Derby’. Somehow, I won. I read ‘Bitey the Veggie Vampire’ & ‘Being a Vampire Really Sucks’ & returned to my crypt with the prize of a spangly cape & the title of Derby’s 1st ever ‘Count of Poetry’
