mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 11/10/2026Even though it's still early days I'm resigned to relegation as there's absolutely no signs of progress or an actual pattern to our play. Clear we lack quality, recruitment was poor & the manager is struggling. A hard watch🙈 110
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 09/10/2026Optimistic as I can't remember the last league game 😂 110
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 21/09/2026Agree with the pessimistic view of where the season is heading. No goals generally means no points. Desperate times when when we're reliant on Perkins & Costelloe😲 010
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 21/09/2026Definitely had an impact, but hard to measure as we've been as toothless up front in most of our games. Not sure we can turn it around with the personnel available. Hoping Saydee is back soon is probably desperation😲 110
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 14/09/2026Great team reaction to Stockport & 3 points would've be great, but can't be too critical with the effort shown👍 010
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 13/09/2026Was worried we'd get a drubbing, so the performance was unexpected. Hopefully starting to gel🙏 110
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 07/09/2026Hopefully we don't spend the whole of the season in the bottom 4. Don't see us picking up anything from the next 2 games. 3 points as we enter October would be alarming to say the least😲 010
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 06/09/2026Hopefully, loses to Cambridge & Wombles might prove costly. Expecting nothing from Leicester or Sheffield Wednesday. 7 defeats from our last 8 league games is a new low😲 000
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 06/09/2026Not sure if we'll make it out of the bottom 4 at all this season. Poor recruitment to blame. Not sure what Caldwell was thinking with Harris, Trevitt & Higgins, as all have a chequered history staying fit😲 110
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 04/09/2026Good episode. Agree team has given us something to be positive about, time for the supporters to reciprocate the energy👍 110
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 03/09/2026Much better at the back & in the final 3rd. Was even enjoyable to watch. Unexpectedly making us (the supporters) reflect on the doom mongering. Not sure Humps ego would fit in our young workman like team either. 110
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 31/08/2026Signings hit & miss but definitely a miss in regards to the keeper, Perkins & Trevitt. We need a kerper & 2 strikers for me or we're destined for the drop😲 010
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 24/08/2026Some poor individual performances & the starting line up was very dis-jointed. Still need at least a couple of quality signings as well as points, so hopefully we get both this week🙏 120
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 16/08/2026Early days, but not encouraging. Hoping the cavalry will arrive soon🙏 110
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 05/08/2026Cautiously pessimistic for the new season 😂 110
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 05/05/2026Retained list, hopefully, not written on the back of a beermat😲 010
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 26/04/2026Front 3 were terrible & something of a borefest. After a dismal season (well Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec & Jan) at least there's some hope for the future. Let the clear out begin😂 110
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 24/04/2026I'd rather not meet this ref again 😂 110
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 21/04/2026Good listen as ever & individually well delivered pitches for the player of the season award👍 (although I voted last week 😂). Didn't Leicester win the Premier league 2015/16, so a decade ago😲 000
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 13/04/2026Think that secured Wright as player of the season for me (sorry too early). After Harry Lewis not playing in our trip to Carlisle last season, was hoping to see him start for Mansfield on Saturday, but thwarted again😲 (his mum teaches one of my sons). 020
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 13/04/2026Another good 3 points & we've been catipulted up the table👍 If only we hadn't appointed Ryan Lowe as well😂 010
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 07/04/2026Good to finally get another away win. 2 more wins & we should be ok🙏 110
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 22/03/2026Could do with the other results going our way to really be pulling away🙏 We'll soon be playing our relegation rivals so hopefully we do get some distance from the drop zone. Good win, although we didn't put the game to bed again until late on which is not good for my heart😂 110
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 19/03/2026Another good listen👍I won't even bother commenting about hoping ref decisions go our way this weekend 🙈 020
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 15/03/2026Not pretty at times but good value for the win. Fair play to Bradford being 4th with their team. Tit still loves a dive & they lacked anything up top. 120
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 15/03/2026Was even worse yesterday if that's possible😲 010
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 13/03/2026We're due a dull moment, a refereeing decision (or two) & a win🙏 110
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 10/03/2026I think the problem is much wider in lower league football. To even keep a club ticking over now involves spending millions. Shrewsbury is a similar situation with an owner wanting to sell (for years) but still funding the club (albeit less & less). Most other clubs the same😲 110
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 05/03/2026Finally some progress & some unity at the club 👍 010
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 23/02/2026Not season defining so positives outweigh the negatives. Except in the case of Messrs Sessengnon & Asamoah, hopefully both no where near the squad next season🙏 010
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 19/02/2026Agree. Although, relax as a Wigan is taking it too far😂 010
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 19/02/2026Kerr. Often goes unnoticed but noticeable when he's absent👍 020
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 19/02/2026New manager bounce extended to the rest of the ground👍 Wasn't expecting such an instant turn around. Amazing 💪 💪 120
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 17/02/2026It was a good day out despite the result (& the rain 🌧️). Won't impact the season but will be seen in the accounts👍 110
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 12/02/2026Positivity from Lowe going has gone to your heads with your Arsenal predictions😂 A good day out, stroll through Regents Park & up the canal to Campden is my positive expectation. Seats at the Emirates will be comfortable but not the score I fear😲 120
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 11/02/2026Much improved, but still making silly mistakes (& unlucky they always cost us). Missing some quality upfront especially. We all definitely need to get behind the next manager if we're going to survive in League one, regardless of who👍 110
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 09/02/2026Sacked Saturday night & Sunday the sun came out after weeks of rain! (where I live anyway). Coincidence🤔. Season starts now👍 #wafc 020
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 08/02/2026Good riddance, hopefully, never hear his name mentioned again🙏🙏 010
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 01/02/2026Like a party guest hanging on when the party is over😲. Came down to two blocks on the line, one made & one not, but ultimately the same lack of attacking intent throughout. 010
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 29/01/2026Being a Lincoln fan sounds like being a Wigan one back in the 2000's. Back to the noughties😁 000
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 27/01/2026Steady, that's a step too far 😲. How easy would it even be to grow extra fingers😂 120
mrbowlerhat.bsky.social @mrbowlerhat.bsky.social · 26/01/2026Spot on. Wasn't one of the club goals to develop our academy players? Fear Lowe (based on his treatment of Bettoni) doesn't even know how to fulfil this role. Up the Tics, down with Lowe, another sh*t show, so time to go😁😁 120
