WD 95, just like the famous & beloved deodorant-based grav tank! AFAICT, it's a hack of the RoboStrux Kreep. Did Zoids come in difference scales? Because the three I bought a couple of decades ago are 1/72 or thereabouts & far too small to be a vehicle for even 25mm 40k minis: www.zoid.us/kreep.htm
A completed RoboStrux Kreep--a sliver arthropod-like crawler Zoid with two large red wheels. The (closed and opaque) cockpit is where the head would be and there are two antennae at the end of the tail that look a little like an earwig's forceps or pincers.

Realized that the Cyberpunk TTRPG I need is nearer to a blend of Underground & a|state (second edition) than anything the genre offers. Defending your corner & improving the neighbourhood—not one-off missions from shady patrons. (NB. Different game from the VR data-heists one I have planned. 😉)

This kind of visual quotation is OK (if still a bit dull) for Star Trek, Foundation, etc., because they are set in Earth-derived cultures. But it strains my Belief Braces for a supposedly independently evolved civilization/ humanoid species. (FWIW, my internal jury is out on revived BSG.) (2/2)
